Vendor Information for HOB Events

The deadline for Nonprofit and Craft/Retail vendors has been extended to May 1.

Food Vendor Information

All food trucks and food vendors are encouraged to apply to participate in our 2022 events. A preference will be given to local and regional vendors.

  1. Read over this HOB 2022 Events Roster.
  2. Choose the events you want to apply for.
  3. Use our online application form to apply, by the extended May 1 deadline.
  4. Pay your application fee by the extended deadline of May 1.

There is a $30 application fee. The application fee is nonrefundable and due by the extended deadline of May 1.

Accepted vendors will receive additional information on the booth fee payment schedule. The table below details booth fees by size and event.

Heart of Brevard does not offer electricity. Please note, vendors with Whisper Generators are given priority event placement.

The application for food vendors has been updated to include White Squirrel Weekend, the Independence Day Celebration, along with all of our 2022 events that food vendors may apply for.

White Squirrel Weekend Craft & Retail Vendor Information

All vendors are encouraged to apply to participate in White Squirrel Weekend. A preference will be given to local and regional vendors.

  1. Use our online application form to apply, by the extended May 1 deadline.
  2. Pay your application fee by the extended deadline of May 1.
  3. Vendors will be notified of their acceptance by April 15.

There is a $30 application fee and a $225 booth fee. Each booth is a 10’x10′ space.

The application fee is nonrefundable and due by May 1.

Nonprofit Vendor Information

All nonprofit organizations are encouraged to apply to participate in our 2022 events. A preference will be given to local organizations.

Nonprofit vendors are required to have an activity or game that engages the public. Please share the activity you have planned below. Examples: Corn hole, ornament decorating or another craft, face painting, organizational themed games like trivia or bingo and a holiday themed selfie station.
